3. Quotes and Pricing

Online Quote Estimates

Quotes provided through our website, including our AI-powered Quote Wizard, are estimates only. Final pricing is determined on-site by our team based on the actual volume, weight, and nature of items to be removed. Factors that may affect final pricing include:

• Actual volume of items (may differ from photos or descriptions)
• Accessibility of items (stairs, narrow pathways, long distances)
• Weight of items (heavy appliances, concrete, etc.)
• Hazardous or special disposal requirements
• Additional items discovered on-site

AI-Assisted Quotes

Our Quote Wizard uses artificial intelligence to analyze photos you upload and provide preliminary estimates. While we strive for accuracy, AI analysis has limitations and estimates may vary from final pricing. By using the Quote Wizard, you acknowledge that:

• AI estimates are approximations, not guaranteed prices
• Final pricing is determined by our on-site team
• You are not obligated to proceed with service based on the estimate

4. Service Appointments

Scheduling

Service appointments are scheduled based on availability. We will make reasonable efforts to arrive within the scheduled time window. Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or prior job complications.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours notice at no charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Access Requirements

You must ensure our team has safe and reasonable access to all items to be removed. You are responsible for moving vehicles, unlocking gates, securing pets, and clearing pathways as needed.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, credit cards, and checks. For commercial accounts, Net-30 terms may be available upon approval.

If you dispute any charges, please contact us within 7 days of service. We are committed to resolving any concerns fairly and promptly.

6. Prohibited Items

We cannot remove certain items due to safety, legal, or environmental regulations. Prohibited items include but are not limited to:

• Hazardous materials (chemicals, solvents, pesticides)
• Flammable or explosive materials
• Medical waste and sharps

• Asbestos-containing materials

7. Ownership and Disposal

By engaging our services, you represent that you are the owner of the items to be removed or have authorization from the owner. Once our team removes items from your property, ownership transfers to Oklahoma Waste Removal. We dispose of items in accordance with local regulations and may:

• Donate usable items to local charities
• Recycle appropriate materials
• Dispose of remaining items at licensed facilities

8. Limitation of Liability

Oklahoma Waste Removal is fully licensed and insured. We take great care when providing our services. However, to the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for pre-existing damage to property
• We are not liable for damage caused by customer negligence or failure to disclose relevant information
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

If you believe our team has caused damage to your property, please notify us immediately so we can assess and address the situation.

9. Photo and Image Usage

Photos you upload through our Quote Wizard are used solely for providing accurate estimates and facilitating service delivery. By uploading photos, you grant us a limited license to:

• Process photos using AI technology for item identification
• Store photos securely in connection with your quote request
• Share photos with our service team to prepare for your appointment

We will not use your photos for marketing or share them publicly without your explicit consent.

10. Website Use

When using our website, you agree not to:

• Use automated systems to access the site excessively
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Upload malicious code or content
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the website
• Use the service for any illegal purpose
